Before Your Arrival

Check-in from 4:00 pm

Your apartment is ready from 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, please feel free to get in touch.

Check-out by 10:00 am

We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 am so we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Access information

All arrival details and key handover instructions will be sent to you by email well before your stay.

Wi-Fi & Guest Directory

Wi-Fi login details and further useful information about your stay can be found in the guest directory in the apartment.

Waste disposal

Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the waste area immediately beside the garages. Further instructions are in the guest directory.

Garage parking included

Your private garage parking space right at the building is included in the rental price.

Bicycle storage

Bicycles can be stored in the garage if space allows. Please check with us in advance.

House Rules

Non-smoking apartment

The apartment is smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted outside.

No pets

Out of consideration for all guests, pets are unfortunately not permitted.

No parties or events

The apartment is for private use only. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm.

Leave it tidy

Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and dispose of separated waste in the waste area beside the garages.

Keys, damage and contact

Keys and loss of keys

Keep keys and access devices secure and do not pass them to unauthorised persons. Report any loss immediately; necessary and reasonable replacement costs may be charged.

Reporting damage or defects

Please report existing defects or damage arising during the stay as soon as possible. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
